Some of Cannon Kirk’s Irish residential developments have included addresses in Glenageary, Sutton, Stepaside, Malahide, Dundalk and Kill along with UK developments in Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Liverpool and Glasgow.
With more to do, Cannon Kirk have plans to develop homes in Donabate and Dundalk and are also part of a consortium developing an expansive housing scheme in Sherford, England. Cannon Kirk are also in the process of completing a 300,000-square metre Mixed Development Scheme in Coventry City Centre, England.
To achieve this, Cannon Kirk have in place a strong Senior Managerial team, with broad and extensive experience in construction, commercial and residential property development. These skills, coupled with the necessary strategic vision, has enabled Cannon Kirk to deliver high quality residential and commercial properties over the last 40 years.
